When the Party Room chest contains more than 50,000 or 76,000 coins in Grand Exchange value (on a F2P or members' world respectively)

Dialogue 1
- Guard: Party! Party!
Dialogue 2
- Guard: Something's happening in the party room!
Dialogue 3
- Guard: Everyone get to the party room!
Dialogue 4
- Guard: What's happening in the party room?
Dialogue 5
- Guard: Someone's having a big party!

When the lever is pulled
