The treadmill is located inside the Hairdresser salon in Falador north of the west bank. The rodent running on the treadmill seems to power the spinning pole outside.
According to an issue of the Postbag from the Hedge, the critter's name is Ridgeley.[1] Although the letter categorises Ridgeley as belonging to the species of chinchompas, the in-game model of the ever-running rodent is much more akin to that of a common rat.

Trivia
[edit | edit source]- In RuneScape 3, Ridgeley was later changed to show a chinchompa's model instead of a rat.
