Outcrops are scenery located in The Jubbly Jive, a Barracuda Trial.

There are a total of eight outcrops with uniquely coloured flags:

1. Green Flag (closest to the Balloon toads supply boat)
2. Yellow Flag
3. Red Flag
4. Blue Flag
5. Orange Flag
6. Teal Flag
7. Purple Flag
8. White Flag (closest to the trial masters, Ros and Gurtob)

In addition to collecting Lost supplies, the player must use balloon toads to lure 1-3 Jubbly birds (depending on the difficulty selected) to the next outcrop, and eventually back to the trial masters where the white flagged-outcrop is located.

For all difficulties, the first Jubbly bird will always be at the blue flag, and upon completion of a lap, the second and third will spawn at the green flag.
