Unlocking Aviansie task (Watch the Birdie) unsurprisingly requires 60 Agility or Strength to unlock. Likewise, mithril dragons require at least a portion of Barbarian Training (mainly firemaking for Ancient Cavern I presume.)

I wonder if the other unlocks have hidden requirements as well? Mainly whether Aviansie requires Death Plateau, Vampire Slayer requires Priest in Peril, Lizardmen require Shayzien favour, Basilocked need 40 slayer etc.

The more you learn I guess.

No task extension requirements?

Tested this on Cave Krakens with 82 slayer. It seems that it's possible to extend tasks without meeting the requirements for them, but unlocking tasks still has requirements... huh.

I did another test with Aviansies (without an access to God Wars Dungeon or unlocking Watch the Birdie) and it let me extend that task as well.

Maybe there should be a warning message, maybe not. Either way, don't be dumb like me and gamble with your slayer points. Teemupets (talk) 13:28, 6 April 2023 (UTC)

They provide rewards to be exchanged for Slayer reward points. Purchasing each unlock and extend reward once costs 15,200 points; however, some togglable rewards must be payed for each time they are toggled. Typo here (paid)
