Alina is an NPC found in Varrock Square. Talking to her or Noah starts the quest Children of the Sun. Alina learns about the arrival of the delegation from Varlamore by talking to travellers from the College of Bards in Tempestus. She is excited to learn more about the culture of Varlamore and visit the new land.

Alina and Noah are no longer found once the suspicious guard reaches the small building just next to Aubury's Rune Shop.
