Hunding is a barbarian located at the 2^nd floor^[UK]3^rd floor^[US] floor of the east tower of Barbarian Village. He's rather cold toward the player when spoken to, but will gladly share the history of how the village is formed if asked. He'll also encourage the player to visit The Long Hall if they're looking for a fight.
