A frigatebird feather is an item that is commonly dropped by frigatebirds when on a bounty task asking the player to kill them.

When the player has the required amount to complete the bounty task (which can be re-checked via the captain's log should the player forget), they are brought back to a port master to claim the task's rewards via their "Claim-rewards" option.
