Hartigen

Hartigen is a former member of the Kinshra. He deserted his position at the Black Knights' Fortress and sought new employment in Brimhaven as deputy for Grip, Scarface Pete's head guard. Hartigen was waylaid on his journey to Brimhaven by members of the Black Arm Gang who stole his Id papers. His current whereabouts are unknown, with his ID papers in the possession of Trobert.
