The monkey on cow is a monkey riding a cow, during the 2021 Birthday event the player must capture the monkey on the cow's back.

The cow with a monkey on it follows a movement pattern. From the south-west corner, it moves: east, south, north, east, west, and south again, and then repeats the movement pattern.

After capturing the monkey on the cow's back, the player receives a Cow's caged monkey.
