Duke Horacio is the duke of Lumbridge and the surrounding area. He lives on the 1^st floor^[UK]2^nd floor^[US] of the Lumbridge Castle in a room with a quest marker in it. He also hands out anti-dragon shields to players during the Dragon Slayer I quest. More shields can be obtained via the drop trick.

• In RuneScape Classic, he was simply known as Duke of Lumbridge.
• Since Lumbridge is based on the real life city of Cambridge, England, the real life analog of Duke Horacio would be the Duke of Cambridge. This title was extinct when RuneScape was released, but has since been given to Prince William.
• After completing the 2020 Birthday event, a variant form of Duke Horacio could be found attending the party.
• A variant form of Duke Horacio was involved in the 2021 Birthday event, during which the player had to help the duke capture a number of monkeys distributed around Lumbridge.
