Zeke is the owner of Zeke's Superior Scimitars in Al Kharid. Duke Horacio had heard Zeke's trap designs could safely trap monkeys and after he sent the player to talk to Zeke, Zeke helped the player by supplying premium bananas and bamboo for the player at his shop to create monkey cages.

After the player has caught all six monkeys and handed them over to Duke Horacio, Zeke was invited by Duke Horacio to join the party at the dining room.

At the party, he wants to know everything from the player about the effectiveness of the cages and premium bananas. He believes to have become closer to obtaining a dragon scimitar, which he is famous for not having acquired one from the monkeys despite multiple efforts. He was also surprised that the monkeys in the cages could talk to him, and desires to get hands on an amulet of Monkey Speak one day.
