Viero, initially known as an unnamed Guard, is a dwarven guard at the Darkfrost base camp. Upon talking to him with raw sunlight antelope and redberries in your inventory, he will request you give those ingredients to Marla so she can combine them.
After speaking to Marla and obtaining the redberry antelope, you can hand the meal back to Viero, who will describe it as "interesting and complex".
