Felix is a man from Civitas illa Fortis stranded on a small island to the south-west of Tlati Rainforest. When approached by a player on land, he will start going on one of three monologues of how he has ended up on the island.
Despite his purported desire for rescue and his request that the player send a boat to retrieve him, Felix will not acknowledge players if they are sailing.
