I'd Rather Be Illiterate is a medium combat achievement which requires the player to kill the Deranged Archaeologist without anyone being hit by his "Learn to Read" attack.
Strategy
[edit | edit source]The easiest way to get this achievement is simply to choose two points in the boss area to run between special attacks. Whenever he shouts "Learn to Read!", run to the opposite point in the area. While it is possible to get unlucky and be hit by one of the smaller books, there's a good chance that the attack will be avoided entirely by giving a wide enough berth.
