Milkee is the assistant of Chocco, and is his brother.

2017

During the 2017 Easter event, he was found in the cave underneath Wester Island. He told players the ingredients required for certain flavoured easter eggs, as well as how to make them.

2018

During the 2018 Easter event, he was found in the warrens south of Falador, and gave players a quiz in order to obtain an idol of their choosing.
