A holy handegg is an item originally obtained during the 2018 Easter event. It was a reward for defeating the Colossal Chocco Chicken.

With the item in your inventory, you can right-click Use on it, and click another player. If the player has their right hand free, they will catch the egg, and it will end up in their weapon slot. Ironmen cannot throw the egg to other players, nor can they have the egg be thrown to them.

After the easter event was removed, they became available from Diango's Toy Store.

• The name is likely a reference to the Holy Hand Grenade from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
• The term "handegg" is likely a reference to how people from England refer to American Football.
• Attempting to swim with a handegg in your inventory prompts the chatbox message: "The hand egg you are carrying feels very buoyant. Perhaps you should leave it behind."
  • Similarly, Murphy will prevent players from diving to the Mogre Camp if they have a handegg in the inventory, claiming that they are so full of air that it would prevent you from diving properly.
