The Helix fossil was an unobtainable item that could previously be found in the game cache.

Its purpose is unknown, but it may have been used during holiday events, as it was later replaced by the holiday tool in a hidden update.

• The helix fossil has the same appearance as the Ancient Rock found in the Mountain Camp during the Mountain Daughter quest.
