A teak altar can be built in the Altar space of the Chapel in a player-owned house. It requires 50 Construction to build and gives 360 experience when built. The player must have a hammer and a saw in their inventory to build it.

It gives 110% Prayer experience when bones are offered at it. With one incense burner lit, it gives 160% Prayer experience, while two lit incense burners will give 210% experience. Lit torches or candlesticks give no experience boost. Since the lowest incense burner requires a Construction level of 61, and since a cloth covered mahogany altar can be built at level 60, the experience boost from a teak altar will seldom be more than the extra 10% obtained from the altar itself.

(Update)

When sacrificing bones to an altar in a player-owned house, the game now consumes bones starting from the top left of the inventory, rather than consuming the ones that was used on the altar.
