Perfect Nex is a grandmaster combat achievement which requires players to kill Nex while qualifying for the completion of the following tasks: There is no escape!, Shadows Move..., A siphon will solve this, and Contain this!.
This means the player must kill Nex without anyone doing the following:
- Taking damage from Nex's Smoke Dash, Shadow Smash, Containment, and Ice Prison attacks
- Attacking Nex whilst she is performing her Blood Siphon attack
Despite being a grandmaster task, it can be attempted with any amount of players. If attempting in a large group, communication is helpful to avoid failing the achievement.
