Bruma roots are found in the four corners of the Wintertodt's prison north of the Wintertodt Camp. They can be chopped for bruma roots that can be used to fuel the braziers that drain the Wintertodt's energy. The experience given is equal to 0.3 times the player's Woodcutting level. They do not give a chance for the Beaver pet.

The skilling timer for bruma roots is 3 game ticks. Using tick manipulation you can speed up the first log received: for example, click to run toward the roots from the brazier, then immediately use your knife on some teak logs, then click the roots again and your first log will be instant.
