The Tonali Cavern is a dungeon located beneath the Crypt of Tonali in the Tlati Rainforest region of Varlamore. Accessing it requires completion of the The Final Dawn quest. It features a number of Slayer monsters and leads to the Ruins of Mokhaiotl.

The central section contains a lift which can be activated to allow a two-way transit from the central section to the Tlati Rainforest. West of this lift is a chest which can be looted to obtain two tonali teleporters, which allow instant teleportation between the two nodes, provided that they are placed within a 30 tile range from each other. The western Moon chamber contains grimy lizards, while the eastern Sun chamber contains earthen nagua, both of which are in a multicombat area and only appear after completion of the quest.

Players cannot set up a dwarf multicannon within the cavern. Attempting to do so yields the chatbox message: "An ancient magical force won't let you set up a cannon here."

Transportation

• Mokhaiotl waystones can be used to teleport directly inside the Ruins of Mokhaiotl, then run south to the cavern.
• The pendant of ates can be used to teleport to Kastori just east of the cavern's entrances.
• The Quetzal Transport System can be used to land at Tal Teklan or Kastori, both near the cavern's entrances.

There are also moonlight moths in the area, requiring 75 Hunter to catch with a net or 85 barehanded. They can be used to restore 22 Prayer points.
