Trossa is a watchman from Arceuus, who guards the northern reaches of Great Kourend.

Prior to 10 January 2024, he used to be able to reanimate the dead mushroom ring next to him, unlocking the fairy ring (code CIS) permanently for a one time fee of 80,000 coins. This is no longer needed, and players who previously paid the fee before the aforementioned date can speak to Trossa to reclaim their coins.
