Dhalak was a wizard who lived in the Second Age. After receiving a message from Lennissa about the Staff of Armadyl, instead of telling Saradomin, he cast a spell of concealment on the staff so that Zamorak could sneak up on, and attack, Zaros.

He can only be seen by the player when they are wearing the Ring of visibility, and will give you a Ghostly hood and ask you to look for Viggora.

• Upstairs in the Edgeville Monastery, near the altar.
• On the 1^st floor^[UK]2^nd floor^[US] of the Falador Party Room.
