Marcellus is a farmer found at the Locus Oasis. He is the primary character in the quest The Ribbiting Tale of a Lily Pad Labour Dispute, in which he exhibits paranoia about the nearby frogs being out to get him.

After completion of the quest, he will allow players to use his hardwood tree patch, and will look after them for the corresponding payment.

Marcellus also sells basic farming tools via the Farming Supplies shop, which can be accessed by talking to him and asking Can you sell me something?, or by the right-click Trade option.
