Sandbag is a quest item used during Enlightened Journey as an anchor for the air balloon. It is made by using a sack on a sand pit or a bucket of sand. You can also use a bucket on the sandbag to make it into a bucket of sand. This item can be obtained quite easily with the use of the Grand Exchange as a bucket of sand can be used on the sack to make the sandbag; this can be done before starting the quest and after it even though there is no use for this at present.
