Bubrezankaldargarez'jk the Cosmic Being (nicknamed "Bub") can be found in the Cosmic entity's plane during Fairytale II - Cure a Queen. Cosmic Beings resemble humanoid ghosts but are more angular in appearance. When asked "What universal mystery are you pondering today?" they may give one of the following responses:

Despite being unattackable, the cosmic being technically has sound effects for being hit and dying, and an internal drop table which can be viewed here. It is mainly composed of secondary ingredients for potions made using Herblore and a non-standard herb drop table that include grimy torstol, snapdragon, toadflax, and rogue's purse.
