Seers' Eye is a small lake near Seers' Village and Sinclair Mansion. It connects to Merwick Lake and Vesmjos through a branching channel to the north.
It is one of three lakes fed by Vesmjos.
It contains two salmon fishing spots.

edit- In the March 2025 Sailing Alpha, the area was named "Lake Sinclair", but it was renamed in the June 2025 Sailing Beta.
