Death note is a scroll of parchment that the Grim Reaper had jotted ghost sightings onto, to be given to the player to use as a reference during the first half of the 2017 Halloween event.

If the scroll is destroyed, another one can be retrieved from the Grim Reaper in Lumbridge Graveyard.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • The item is most likely a reference to the 2003 Japanese manga series Death Note, written by Tsugumi Ohba and illustrated by Takeshi Obata.
  • Interestingly, the item examine and destroy text refers to the Grim Reaper as his pseudonym, "Death", to which he is rarely called in this version of RuneScape.
