Grish is an ogre shaman who the player speaks with to begin the quest Zogre Flesh Eaters. He has no other use beyond this, but players can still talk to him and ask him questions about the ogres in Gu'Tanoth and about Rantz, who the player must speak with to begin Big Chompy Bird Hunting. When speaking to Grish to start Zogre Flesh Eaters he will give the player two Super restore potions and three cooked chompy birds.

If a player tries to start a quest with him, but does not have the necessary requirements, the player will be locked in an epic and unending "No I'm not!" "Yes you are!" battle. Eventually Grish will say "Yes you are, and that's final."

Players must also talk to Grish in order to wield the ogre comp bow. If a player attempts to wield the bow before speaking with him, the player will get a message saying, "This bow looks quite powerful. You're not sure if you should use it yet."
