Sithik Ints is a wizard, H.A.M. sympathiser, and necromancer, who resides upstairs in the guest house in Yanille, north of the Wizards' Guild. He is incriminated during the Zogre Flesh Eaters quest, where he is revealed to be the one responsible for the cursing of Jiggig.
During the quest, the player uses a strange potion on the cup of tea at his bedside to turn him into an ogre, whereupon he reveals the secret to making Relicym's balm and brutal arrows.
If the player tries to take his cup of tea, he will shout at them to stop. If they try to telegrab the cup of tea, he will call them a telegrabbing fiend.
