The signed portrait of Sithik Ints is an item used in Zogre Flesh Eaters. During the quest, the player must take a Sithik portrait to the Bartender to be signed, in order to charge Sithik Ints with leading Brentle Vahn to his death.

If players use the signed portrait on Sithik, Sithik will offer to bribe the player with 2 million gold, in order to buy the signed portrait. Whether the player accepts or rejects, Sithik will not buy the portrait, instead insisting that no one would believe the player anyway.

If players produce a bad Sithik portrait during their attempt, he will not sign it and the player will have to attempt to create the portrait again.
