The Banshee top is an untradeable cosmetic item. It is part of the banshee outfit, which can be obtained by completing one of the Halloween holiday events that occur once per year.

If destroyed, a replacement can be obtained from Diango in Draynor Village or from the toy box of a costume room, as part of the 2016: Masked Killer set. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
