The Skeleton mask is an untradeable cosmetic item. It is part of the skeleton outfit, which can be obtained by completing one of the Halloween holiday events that occur once per year.

Previously, they were obtainable during the 2013 Rare Drops event (from 24 June to 1 July) as part of a rare item drop.

If destroyed, a replacement can be obtained from Diango in Draynor Village or from the toy box of a costume room, as part of the 2006: Spooky Outfit set. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
