The Musa Passage is a body of water that separates northern Karamja--where Brimhaven, the Karamja Volcano, and Musa Point are found--from heavily forested southern Karamja, the location of Tai Bwo Wannai and Shilo Village. It opens to the wider ocean to the east, feeding into Mudskipper Sound. The River Amja flows northward into the passage.
An island with a strong tree is located partway up the passage, allowing players to use a mith grapple to cross between northern and southern Karamja. Using this shortcut is a hard Karamja Diary task.
