Red dye bellows are used in the Mourning's End Part I quest. It is made by using red dye on an empty ogre bellows. If used on a Swamp Toad in Feldip Hills, it will create a red toad, which can be loaded into the fixed device to re-dye Farmer Brumty's sheep.
