The angry tortugan is a tortugan that spawns when a player drinks from the bottle of possible albumen, declaring Why would you do that? They are aggressive and attack with melee, which can be completely negated with Protect from Melee. They can easily be dealt with by drinking the bottle while located at a port so you can disembark immediately, but if attempting to kill them it may also be possible to safespot them, dependent on the facilities present on the boat.
