The Book of arcane knowledge is a reward from helping NPCs find their requested book around the Arceuus Library. When used, it grants players a choice of experience in either Magic or Runecraft, granting Magic experience equal to 15x the player's level, or Runecraft experience equal to 5x the player's level.

Similarly to the book of knowledge, this item cannot be placed within a player's bank and is consumed after one use.
