Piliar is the Port Piscarilius architect of Great Kourend. He was found in his house north-west of Leenz's General Supplies.

Players must speak to him after gaining 100% Piscarilius favour as part of the Architectural Alliance miniquest. He builds the arms and hands of the statue.

The architects of the five houses unite and rebuild the statue of King Rada I.
