The Face is a lady notable for her ugly face. She is found guarding the Port Sarim Rat Pits with her cat Bellemorde. If a player tries to talk to her outside the Ratcatchers quest, she will look through the player as if they don't exist. After the Ratcatchers quest she lets players into the manhole, where their cats can fight other players' cats.
