Oxi is a dwarf found in the Keldagrim Rat Pits, a cave beneath the Laughing Miner pub in the dwarven capital city of Keldagrim.

Oxi is the keeper of rats. The player mentions that some rats have escaped the rat barn. He doesn't find this to be much of a problem as there are plenty of cats in the area.
