The weather forecast is a quest item used in The Fremennik Trials quest. It is obtained by giving a warriors' contract to Peer the Seer in Rellekka. The forecast can then be given to Swensen in exchange for a sea fishing map. It is an absolute requirement for the completion of The Fremennik Trials quest.
