The corrupted spike is an item used inside the Corrupted Gauntlet. It is obtained as a drop from the Corrupted Bear miniboss. It can be used with the attuned corrupted halberd to create the perfected corrupted halberd. Players may use a pestle and mortar to crush the spike into 80 corrupted shards. The next kill of the Corrupted Bear will still provide the 50/50 chance of the corrupted bowstring and corrupted orb.
