The vial is an unobtainable item released with the Gauntlet. Presumably, it was meant to be created via the singing bowl within the Corrupted Gauntlet with 10 corrupted shards. However, doing so will give the vial from the regular Gauntlet instead. Therefore, the corrupted version is unobtainable.
