The broken spinning wheel is a damaged version of a traditional spinning wheel. It is found on the northern part of the Isle of Souls and requires repairs before use. Players can repair it at level 5 Construction with a hammer, 5 planks, 1 ball of wool, and 1 iron bar and receive 200 Construction experience. Players can use temporary skill boosts to build this.
