Definitely Not Dusk is summoned during the Echo Grotesque Guardians fight, which was accessible during the Raging Echoes League, as a weaker copy of Dusk (Echo). To fight it the player must use a Morytania echo orb, which is dropped by the regular Grotesque Guardians.

The unique drop of the Echo Grotesque Guardians is the gloves of the damned, a variant of the barrows gloves that also improves the set effects of Barrows equipment.
