Lunch by the lancalliums is a quest reward for completing The Depths of Despair.

It is used on Kharedst's memoirs to allow teleportation to Hosidius. If lost before being added to Kharedst's memoirs, a replacement can be claimed by speaking to Lord Kandur Hosidius in Hosidius. If lost after completing A Kingdom Divided but before being added to the book of the dead, a replacement can be claimed from King Artur Hosidius on the 1st floor balcony above the entrance in Kourend Castle.

Using Kharedst's memoirs after adding this page to it on Farmer Gricoller results in unique dialogue, revealing that he is the farmer named Gric in the story.
