The perfected shadow torch schematic is an item used during Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire, where it is given to Ketla so that she can create a perfected shadow torch for the player. However, upon giving it to her, she will discover that it is a fake made by the Silent Choir.

After the player is rescued by Ketla from the illusion in the Silent Choir's church, she will tell them that they found the real schematic there and have already made it for them; searching Ketla's workbench will then replace the player's superior shadow torch with a perfected shadow torch.
