Satchels are an item obtained during Desert Treasure II. They are used to protect Kasonde and the player from the horde of strangled converging toward them; by placing them on the ground, the player can use a detonator to blow up the strangled within its vicinity. If the player is in the explosion radius when it is detonated, they will take heavy damage.
