Grimy sito foil is a quest item used in Jungle Potion. It is found by searching the scorched earth around the campfire south of Tai Bwo Wannai Village in Karamja.

It is cleaned to make sito foil.

Duplicates can be picked from the same location after the completion of the quest, it serves no further purpose besides cleaning it to sell it to Trufitus for a few coins. It cannot be stored in the herb sack.
