Snothead is the first of the goblin high priests that players fight during the quest Land of the Goblins. Upon his defeat, he will speak to the player.

He is fought again during the miniquest Hopespear's Will to obtain his remains, which are buried on Yu'biusk in order to free his spirit.

Despite being a skeleton, they do not count as undead, so they are not susceptible to the salve amulet or the Crumble Undead spell.
